LBC Biggest Loser Challenge

It’s back! LBC Biggest Loser Challenge is back! It is time to get physically and mentally fit for 2012.

If you’re struggling with being overweight--and thousands of Alabamians are—it is important to know that you really can lose unwanted pounds and gain better health.

Liberty Baptist is your official weigh-in site. Biggest Loser is a free, confidential program.

Our kickoff will be on January 30^th. The challenge is for 10 weeks.

Weigh in will be Sunday, January 22^nd after service; Wednesday, January 25^th before Bible Study and Sunday, January 29^th.

All team members must weigh in. You don’t have to weigh in at the same time but you must weigh in at LBC.

Teams:

Each team will consist of 4 members. Please select your members prior to weigh in. Last year we were tasked with trying to place people on teams. The challenge is for each team member to lose at least 10 pounds. The teams can consist of men and women. Team members do not have to be members of LBC. Each team should select a captain and a name for your team.

The captain should be a member of LBC.

Weigh out will be April 13^th 14th 15^th. (The 8^th week is Easter. We will weigh out the following week)
